Auction Description

The Spring Friends of Hubbell Native American Arts Auction will feature 300-350 contemporary and vintage works by Native American artists.  85% of the hammer price goes to the consigning artist.  100% of the funds raised from donated items benefit the Friends of Hubbell Scholarship fund.  

Friends of Hubbell is a registered 501(c)3 organization.

Shipping

Items purchased requiring shipping will be shipped from Gallup, New Mexico. Packing and shipping services, including UPS and FedEx, are available in Gallup.  

Terms & Conditions

Buyers must accept the following Terms & Conditions to participate in Friends of Hubbell Native American Arts live auctions. By signing up as a bidder, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Terms & Conditions and agree to abide by them.

Total Sales Price The total sales price of an item includes the hammer price plus a 10% buyer's premium. The buyer agrees to pay the actual costs of [acking, shipping, and insurance.

Shipping & Packing Friends of Hubbell will ship to any valid United States address. At the end of the auction, we will provide a shipping estimate and add it to your final invoice. If you win multiple items, we will combine shipping. We will pack your items using the safest materials and ship the items fully insured unless you decline coverage. Please allow up to 3 business days for order verification and processing and an additional 3-10 business days for delivery*. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with an order number to track your order status. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please include a physical shipping address at checkout to avoid delays. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Any shipping requests must be made in writing via email. Please email nativeamericanartauctions@friendsofhubbell.org and reference the invoice number. Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. Please note bidders can always opt-out from our in-house shipping department and arrange shipping. Please contact us for more info if you wish to arrange shipping on your own. All items must be shipped by Friends of Hubbell or an insured carrier (UPS, FedEx, or DHL). Purchases may also be picked up from our designated Gallup, New Mexico location. 

Returns and Refunds: All sales are final.  Friends of Hubbell makes every reasonable effort to accurately describe the size, condition, and provenance of auction lots.  In the event of a material error in the description or condition of an item, the buyer agrees to contact the chairman.  The chairman will work with the buyer to determine an equitable solution based on the circumstances.   

Payment Due On-site live auction buyers must submit complete payment at check-out from the auction.  Remote buyers must complete payment upon receipt of notification of a successful bid no later than 3 days after an invoice is received. The title shall pass to the Buyer once payment in full has been made. The Buyer will bear all shipping charges. Any item that has not been paid within 3 days after the receipt of the notification may be put back on the auction block for sale. Any buyer who does not post payment will automatically be blocked from future auctions. 

Methods of Payment: Friends of Hubbell accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal checks and cash.

Right to refuse sale: We reserve the right to refuse any sale due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to, damage to an item, out-of-stock listing, item misrepresentation, or consignment withdrawal. In the event of a refused sale for which payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued equal to the purchase price of the given piece.
